Information used via augmented reality apps or filters

Infinite Form’s augmented reality (AR) app prioritises your privacy and does not collect, store, or share any personal data with third parties. The app exclusively utilises facial tracking data in real-time to apply facial filters within specific augmented reality experiences. This data is processed locally on your device and is not transmitted or stored externally. You have full control over camera access permissions, which can be granted or denied either within the app or through your device’s settings.

The app will also request that Location Services are granted to provide features such as wayfinding information and GPS-enabled points of interest. Allowing this feature will improve location accuracy and improve your navigation experience when the app is running in the background. You can grant or deny these permissions within the app or through your device’s settings.

B. How we use the information we collect from you

Providing and managing the Service

Infinite Form may use your information to help in the operation of our Service and to deliver the services you require and request. We use the information we gather to help us better understand how the Service and our products and services are being used – identifying patterns and trends in usage in order to better design the Service to improve your experience. Occasionally, we may use your information to inform you of other possible services that may be available to you through our Service and we may also use the information we collect about you to personalise your experience when you use the Service.

Communicating with you

Infinite Form may use your information to contact you in connection with the completion of surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that Infinite Form may offer. If you have provided your email address to us, we may email you about products and services that we believe may be of interest to you. If you wish to opt-out of receiving these emails from us, please follow the instructions contained in each email you receive from us, which will allow you to opt-out of receiving further email marketing communications from us, or send an opt-out request to us at info@infiniteform.io.

We reserve the right, as part of this type of transaction, to transfer or assign your information and other information we have collected from users of the Service to third parties.
